What type of clients do you work with?
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

I work with children in the areas of behavior, trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I also offer parent coaching.
I work with adolescents on the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and identity formation.
I work with adults and couples in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and transitional issues such as divorce, retirement, and catastrophic illness (including issues related to care giving).
What would you like clients to know about how you work?
Overall, I use an integrative approach to therapy which allows me to assess the needs and wishes of each client and apply a method that will best fit their individual situation. My main goal at the beginning of the therapeutic process is to provide a safe place for you to begin or continue the process of self-exploration and healing.
I offer ADHD coaching to all ages.
Do you accept insurance?
I currently do not accept insurance. I may qualify as an out of network provider depending on your insurance company and policy.
My Education/Credentials
I graduated with a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology (PsyD.) and a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology from Antioch University. I completed doctoral concentrations in child and adolescent psychology and neuropsychology. I completed my doctoral Internship with Providence Regional Cancer Partnership. I am currently licensed as a Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA).
What else are you passionate about?
I am passionate about activities that allow me to learn more about diverse cultures through travel, reading, art, food, and conversation. I love science fiction, and anything space related. I also enjoy spending time with my family including my pugs.
