What type of clients do you work with?
I work with individuals from the age of 14 and up struggling with issues of self-worth, trauma, interpersonal conflict, and those who just feel ‘stuck’ in life.
What would you like clients to know about how you work?
I believe therapeutic change happens through building a relationship with my clients that is based on trust and acceptance. I am person-centered and strength-based, and adjust my treatment methods to fit my client’s needs. My goal is to provide a safe place for my clients to experience being, to explore possibilities and remember there is always hope. My focus is to work with my clients on their goals, to stand alongside them during the pains of personal growth, and support them in becoming a healthier and happier human being.
What days of the week do you see clients?
I am seeing clients on Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00am to 8:00pm. 7pm is my last appointment slot.
Do you accept insurance?
I do accept the following insurances: United Beh. Health (UBH)/Premera/Regence and Cigna. Payment options I accept include cash, check, or visa
I have a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University, and currently hold a LMHCA. I have over 2 years of counseling experience.
What else are you passionate about?
I am passionate about music; I play the piano, guitar, and am learning the drums. Music is a powerful therapeutic tool. I am also passionate about writing. And lastly, I love to run!
